Nickle based self fluxing alloy powder
Feature :after melted in induction melt furnace using by gas water atomizing method to produce spherical or nearly spherical gray powder.High dioxide and slagging ability,high hardness,excellent wear resistance with good wettability of substrate.

HF3000 centralizer
Centralizer special powder is a commonly use in oil field, applied to the professional use of HF3000 centralizer.
Powder melting point is low, at around 1050°C,it has good spray welding performance, strong toughness, good liquidity, anti-corrosion performance , wear-resistance.
Using technology: Oxygen acetylene spray welding, Plasma spray welding method or the other process.
Easy processing, no pores, no blister, no crack. The finished product efficiency is high.
