Fe60 self fluxed alloy powder
Fe60 is a kind of high hardness alloy powder, self-fluxed, wettability and powder spray welding performance is common, but it has excellent heat resistance, oxidation resistance and wear resistance, machining difficulty.
Application：Suitable for one-step spray welding and plasma spray welding, used to repair and protect of oil drill pipe joint, coal mine machinery, mining machinery, agricultural machinery, engineering machinery.
Powder melting temperature:1100～1200°C
Spray welding deposit hardness: HRC57～60
Powder particle size range: - 150 - + 400 (one-step) - 60 mesh ~ + 150 mesh (plasma) - 60 - + 200 mesh (plasma)
